If "bumping" is referring to posting in older topics, then yes, that is perfectly all right. I cannot even imagine why some forums don't let you post in older topics. In my administrative opinion, it is perfectly all right to post in any thread as old as you want.

Now that we've got that over, I can answer your question (assuming you meant allowed and not aloud):
The answer is, "Yes!", you can post any Lego creations that you would like.
